TO ALL BANDS/MUSICIANS:

The IBMA has joined four other international entertainment organizations and The Veterans Fund in a partnership to offer
free, dynamic, live shows to America's VA Medical Centers and State Veterans Homes. This partnership has been
named PAVE (Performers Alliance for Veterans Entertainment).

Katie Brooks, President, of The Veterans Fund is looking for bands and/or musicians who would like to provide
entertainment at VA Medical Centers and State Veterans Homes in their area. When entertainers volunteer a show, The
Veterans Fund puts that group or individual in touch with capable staff members who will communicate need, opportunity,
and caution before a show date is set. Among other things, these considerations will be discussed:

Patient Population
Performance Areas
Sound Equipment
Time of Show

The Veterans Fund believes that . "Groups and individuals who provide shows for institutionalized veterans are rewarded
by a smile, a glimmer in the eyes, a nod of the head, the touch of a hand, a mumbled "thank you", and the
deep inner joy of being allowed the privilege of performing for men and women who have already paid for the show!"

As many of you know, within our area, there is a VA Hospital located in Biloxi, and the Armed Forces Retirement Home,
Gulfport. Also, there is a VA Hospital in Montgomery. Information on the location of all of the VA Hospitals
and Homes in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama (along with contact information for these facilities) can be
found on The Veterans Fund website.

If you are interested in being a part of this fine idea, you will need to contact:
