To All GCBMA Bands
The GCBMA Officers and Directors have instituted the following policy in an effort to insure the quality
and reliability for all performances.
1.The GCBMA will now provide all sound equipment used at the concerts including mics, mic stands, pre-amps, amps, sound board, monitors and main speakers.
The GCBMA technician will be responsible for system setup and breakdown and will operate the soundboard.
2. Bands will no longer be required to assist in the set up and breakdown down of the system.
[The bands will arrive for sound checks at 5pm.]
3. If you have your own “special mic” you can bring it to incorporate with our system.
4. Bands will honor performance rules as outlined in the “Band Performance Contract” Revision 1,
as approved by GCBMA Board of Directors on February 23, 2008.
