The Gulf Coast Bluegrass Music Association (GCBMA) is a non-profit organization which was started in Pace, Florida, in 1993 to bring more bluegrass music to northwest Florida and southern Alabama. Our association sponsors music festivals and concerts featuring local, regional, and national bluegrass performers. We also contribute to a music scholarship at Pensacola Junior College. We currently have over 490 members including 25 member bands (listed below). We publish a monthly newsletter -

Monthly meetings are now highlighted by two of our member bands in concert followed by jam sessions throughout the building. Monthly concerts/jam sessions are held on the 4th Saturday of each month at PJC Milton Campus, Building 4200-Student Activity Center.[MAP].(Road Map). Everyone is welcome at our monthly concerts/jam session. A small donation is collected at the door. This donation helps to pay the bands which perform that evening's concerts.
[Beginning with the Jan 26thConcert/Jam session PJC Alpha Beta Gamma Student Clubwill be serving "dinners" starting at 5pm when doors open, come EARLY and enjoy some good food (see your newsletter for menu). The ABG club donates proceeds to the locate Ronald McDonald House and other worthy causes.]
